GitHub macos-latest runners lack rg; lsp_toolchain_test.sh requires it.
Register opt-in ai-server component, shipped defaults/backends, and runtime gitignore boundaries without pulling models during setup.
Generate project files under ~/.config/dots/ai-server from templates with backend-specific overrides and structured llama-server arguments.
Wire ai-server into setup/optional brewfiles and expose status, doctor, up/down, logs, ps, and model management via ./dots ai.
Add read-only inventory across ai-server, configured paths, HF cache, Ollama manifests, and common conventions with GGUF compatibility classification.
dots ai discover reports full inventory; dots ai models lists managed GGUF; model default requires adoption into models_dir; safe symlink/copy adopt.
Allow inventory without ai-server.toml; add Draw Things and llama-cli cache sources; primary entry is ./dots models discover with ai discover deprecated. Fix img to resolve checkpoint from config or first downloaded model.
