Replace @speclynx/apidom-ls with its renamed successor @speclynx/api-languageservice. The new package ships types for the AsyncAPI validation provider subpaths, so the local declaration shim is removed. Update all other dependencies to their latest versions, except chalk and commander (latest majors require Node >=22; engines stays >=20) and typescript (typescript-eslint does not support 7.x yet). Adapt to breaking changes: - eslint-plugin-mocha 12: renamed rules; no-sibling-hooks merged into consistent-structure - @eslint/js 10: preserve-caught-error, attach cause when rethrowing
