chore(001): adopt the spec-spine kit's fifteen skills byte for byte - #5
Merged
Conversation
The skills under .claude/skills are now the kit's own (spec-spine spec 048): the project layer stays in AGENTS.md and the path-scoped rules, so a future kit update is a copy. /next wraps registry plan instead of the Python readiness script, /spec reads the closed enums from spec-spine.toml, /code-review reads with compile --check, /commit carries the session-link and em-dash bans, scripts/verify-spec.sh is the kit's copy, and the three standing rules are the spec 047 text. The audit's copy residue (dangling rule names, another corpus's domain enum, the review heading mismatch) goes with it. Recorded as D-5 in spec 001; the hooks are unchanged (B-5 amendment left for a human).

Summary
The skills under
.claude/skills/are now the spec-spine kit's own (spec-spine spec 048, PR statecrafting/spec-spine#107), taken byte for byte. The kit moved every project fact out of the skills intoAGENTS.mdand the path-scoped rules, which this repository already held, so nothing was lost and a future kit update is a copy, not a merge./nextwrapsspec-spine registry planand drops the Python readiness script (the D-4 follow-on);registry planjoins the init reads.build's danglingledger-invariants/trust-invariantsreferences,spec's domain enum copied from another corpus (it now reads[domains] allowedfromspec-spine.toml),code-review's### Memory invariantsversus### Chassis invariantsheading mismatch./code-reviewreads withcompile --check;/commitcarries the session-link and em-dash bans;/shepherdanswers review threads;scripts/verify-spec.shis the kit's copy.rmdenials.Left for a human: spec 001 B-5 requires the
PreToolUsePR gate and theStophook to regenerate the index. The kit's hooks now read and never write (spec-spine spec 046). Porting them changes what B-5 requires, which is an amendment to file, so.claude/settings.jsonhooks are unchanged here.Testing
make spine SPEC_SPINE=<0.14.0 binary>: compile, index, lint --fail-on-warn, index check, couple (no drift, no waiver), spec-dag green; shards regenerated and committed.
