Implemented by #204 (spec bump to 0.96.0). v0.92.1 is a single ANTLR grammar fix (#1082: NSTRUCT field-name colon separator; user-defined dependency-alias prefix), absorbed by the substrait-antlr==0.96.0 pin.

derivation_expression.py's NStructContext handling works unchanged against the 0.96.0 grammar (all derivation tests pass).
