Ships everything merged since 0.93.0: - #253 data-plane reliability/concurrency/scale hardening - #254 paired-binary + coding-eval estimators (McNemar, risk-diff, Wilson, pass@k) - #255 trace-store append/load race + collision-free rollover - #256 McNemar power + required-N - #257 single source of truth for span-timestamp parsing

Release 0.94.0 — version-only trio bump

package.json+clients/python/pyproject.toml+agent_eval_rpc/__init__.pyfrom 0.93.0 → 0.94.0 so the work merged since 0.93.0 actually publishes to npm + PyPI. No code change in this PR.Ships:
Minor bump (new exported estimators from #254/#256). Publish workflow verify (typecheck + 2461 tests + build) passes locally; tagging
v0.94.0after merge triggers the OIDC publish.
