docs: add Peer fiat off-ramp module

Summary

• add the published wdk-protocol-fiat-peer community module to the fiat, all-module, and community catalogs
• describe the supported surface precisely: Base USDC off-ramp, live fiat estimates, and unsigned transaction preparation
• mark the module as community-owned and link its package, source, and usage documentation

Updated to current main in 79e51ed and ported the Peer fiat listing to the new canonical content/feeds/all-modules.md source while retaining the dedicated fiat-module entry. The generated public/llms-full.txt feed is synchronized. The feed’s six unit tests, sync drift check, and git diff --check pass. Full docs build remains for CI because the local GitHub token does not have the upstream private-package read scope.

Resolved the branch conflicts against current upstream main (fbf7f46) in merged head 02ba6fa. The Peer fiat listing now follows the new canonical content/feeds/all-modules.md layout, retains the fiat-module index entry, and keeps public/llms-full.txt synchronized. The 12 focused feed/generation tests pass, the feed sync drift check passes, and git diff --check passes.
