Issue with colors in 'make_combined_graphs.R

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with my combined bar plot showing 4 taxa as the same color. Is there a way to change this so that each taxa is a different color?

Hey MB,

I've not seen this occur before, but I suspect that it's a problem with the color palette. Since you don't have a huge number of organisms, you could try changing "Cb64k" in lines 184 and 194 to be "CbPalette", the other palette that I include.

You could also pick your own colors if you want to fill in hex color codes for them, and just save a list of those as a new variable and use that variable in lines 184 and 194.
