Document pcbTeardrops, pcbTeardropStart, and pcbTeardropEnd in the trace reference with a concise explanation and a PCB CircuitPreview demonstrating a teardrop at R1 and an unchanged C1 endpoint. Include the matching runnable playground example.

The saved-fanout-paths guide is unchanged. No README changes.

The published core and props support this feature, but the live SVG endpoint still uses older versions. Its dependency update and visual regression test are in tscircuit/svg.tscircuit.com#2389. Keep this draft until that update is deployed so the CircuitPreview displays the teardrop.

Validation: docs production build and typecheck pass. The SVG service update renders this example correctly; its regression verifies both enabled and disabled teardrops, and the resulting snapshot was visually inspected.
