Declare all TIDA ground rails

Summary

• declare every generated TIDA net containing GND with the supported isGroundNet prop
• include NET_GND alongside NET_AGND and the PGND/SGND/supply-specific ground rails
• retain the page-02 hierarchy section fix and pin the published solver 0.0.145 needed for its direct power traces
• verify all 13 declared rails become source_net.is_ground and refresh affected SVG snapshots

• bunx tsc --noEmit
• bun test tests/ground-net.test.ts tests/card-top-layout.test.ts tests/schematic-overview.test.ts tests/schematic-parity.test.ts (43 pass, 0 fail)
