Repro: anchored net labels overlap inline labels

Summary

• add a minimal solver input with two conventional endpoint labels next to an inline SWCLK label
• snapshot the current behavior where the conventional label body overlaps the inline text
• assert the overlap geometrically so this PR documents the original behavior

This PR intentionally contains no solver changes.
