Description: brainroot draws mind maps from nested Typst lists. Every list item becomes a node with a box sized to its text, every first-level branch carries its own colour down to its leaves, and the layout is automatic: a contour-based tidy tree in two axes for the two-sided, one-sided and top-down maps, plus radial, star and fishbone arrangements. Twelve themes decide how boxes and edges look, four of them hand-drawn in pure Typst after the TikZ
sketchdecoration; ten palettes supply the colours. For teaching there are maps with gaps and their solution from one source, edge labels for probability trees, points per node, cross-links, summary braces and clouds, and building a map up branch by branch in a slide deck. Built on CeTZ.I have read and followed the submission guidelines and, in particular, I
