Currently urunc-deploy uses a static file https://github.com/urunc-dev/urunc/blob/main/deployment/urunc-deploy/config.toml for the urunc configuration that installs in every node. However, this might be fine for the monitor binaries paths, but it is useless for the default values in memory, CPU and others which get the default values and can not be changed.
We need to change that and allow users to define the default values for a node or cluster for every selected monitor. This functionality can work in the same way users can now choose the monitors to install and setting the debug level (with environment variables).
