What

• Now that GitHub loading works in production, the landing page leads with the GitHub URL field. The zip drop zone and "choose zip" are gone; a quiet "walk a local folder" link stays for local or private code (it becomes the card's only button when a build has no Turnstile key).
• Share links open by themselves: ?repo=owner/repo starts the download as soon as the Turnstile check passes, once, unless the field is edited first. The token is spent through a ref, so an auto-open and a click can't send it twice.
• No more black flash after open: the backdrop stays and darkens for 300 ms, and no read hands over sooner, so the page fades into the loading screen. The status line now says "downloading owner/repo from GitHub…".
• wrangler.jsonc is renamed to the live Worker code-backrooms. The READMEs and AGENTS.md cover GitHub loading, share links, and Turnstile setup: the site key is a build variable, TURNSTILE_SECRET is a runtime Secret, and the CSP note covers Turnstile.
