Completes framed-byte parity for step-to-step arguments, start inputs, and hook resumes. Hardens source cancellation, preserves durable chunks for other readers, proves bounded backpressure in both modes, covers late producer errors and partial-frame reconnects, and pins public overload behavior with static type checks.
