Follow-up to #4883, which changed the search form actions to
https://search.vespa.ai. The new search site only runs a search from/query?query=..., so submitting to the root (e.g.https://search.vespa.ai/?query=what+is+onnx%3F) ignored the query.This points the mobile and desktop navbar forms and the front-page search box (
