This PR rewrites all of the timeline view into AppKit backed by an NSTableView with custom rows.
This change significantly increases performance as all row heights can be calculated manually and the nested bridging between SwiftUI and AppKit is eliminated.
It also gives greater flexibility in what is possible. For instance the hover actions view is implemented as a custom view that is tied directly to the NSScrollView used by the NSTableView, allowing it to span across several table rows without clipping.
LLMs have been used in aiding the transformation.
