I'm back, nice repos, this one was tough to find optimizations for.

this PR switches flate2 from zlib-ng to zlib-rs for gzip decompression.

Tested on ONT and HiFi FASTQ samples, each about 800 MB before compression. Runtime dropped 13–24% with four threads. Outputs remained the same.
