Require Node 26: bump the CI Node matrix from 24 to 26 and raise engines to >=26. Update vitest to ^5.0.1 and lucide-static to ^1.46.0, refresh the lockfile, and add the 1.3.3 CHANGELOG section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Verified locally on Node 26.8.2: typecheck clean, 220 tests pass,
npm audit 0, build produces dist/download/netgraph.html.
