### Changed

- **Building NetGraph now needs Node 26** - `engines` goes from `>=24` to `>=26`,
and CI runs on Node 26 instead of 24. This only matters if you build or work
on NetGraph from source; on an older Node, `npm install` warns about the
unsupported engine.
- **Updated the Lucide icon set** - `lucide-static` 1.45.0 -> 1.46.0. None of
the icons NetGraph ships changed, so maps look exactly the same.
- **Updated the test tooling** - `vitest` 5.0.0 -> 5.0.1. None of this ships in
NetGraph.
