Add tournament catalog module

Summary

• add an authenticated v2 tournament catalog with bounded filtering and pagination
• mark and prioritize tournaments in which the user's team participates
• add a tournament teams endpoint with unique, ordered results
• derive public contracts from the Drizzle schema and register both routes in OpenAPI

• bun run test (21 passing)
