docs: sync the Latent Operation Blend node and the CFG percent window

Summary

Fills the gap the previous built-in-node sync left behind. Comfy-Org/embedded-docs#172 (Latent Operation Blend plus the CFG percent window) merged after the branch point of sync PR #1921, so its content never reached the site.

What changed

• New page built-in-nodes/LatentOperationBlend.mdx (en, zh, ja, ko) and its four docs.json navigation entries.
  LatentOperationBlend produces a LATENT_OPERATION that blends a latent toward a reference latent, for use with LatentApplyOperation / LatentApplyOperationCFG.
• Update built-in-nodes/LatentApplyOperationCFG.mdx (en, zh, ja, ko): adds the start_percent / end_percent rows and the sentence describing the sampling window.
• Follow-up commit: the LatentOperationBlend en and ko descriptions regenerated with the fixed extractor from Comfy-Org/embedded-docs#181.

• Generated with docs-generation/scripts/sync_to_comfy_docs.py --mode all run from a clean upstream/main worktree, so published file names match git exactly.

• The Luma Ray 2 pages also showed up in a full sync (embedded-docs Add youtube channel link to homepage #173); they are intentionally left out here because they are already covered by the open PR docs: sync the Luma Ray 2 retirement notice to the legacy Luma video node pages #1928.

Note on the reported descriptions

The truncated description values came from the sync pipeline (get_description_from_content()), not from editing: a sentence split that only recognised an uppercase ASCII sentence start, plus a hard 180-char cut. Fixed at the root in Comfy-Org/embedded-docs#181; this PR carries the regenerated output for the new page. The next full sync will pick the same fix up for the ~890 ko and ~100 en pages whose descriptions are currently cut mid-sentence.

Note on page titles

title: "<Node> - ComfyUI Built-in Node Documentation" is what the generator emits for localized pages too, and all 1046 zh / 1042 ja / 1042 ko built-in node pages in this repo carry it. Localizing just these three would diverge from the rest of the section and be reverted by the next sync; doing it for the section is a generator change plus a ~3100 page rewrite and needs its own PR.
