What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Fixes DOCS-XXXXX

Moves the "Handling Private Action Credentials" page from under Private Actions to under Connections, since credentials are a Connections concept. Adds a redirect alias for the old URL, fixes the one inbound link that needed an immediate update, and updates the nav.

Merge readiness

  • Ready for merge

For Datadog employees:

  • ⚠️ Your branch name MUST follow the <name>/<description> convention and include the forward slash (/). If you've already created your PR with an incorrect branch name, please rename your branch and open a fresh PR.
  • 🤖 New: Comment with /review to run an automated check that catches common issues before a Documentation team member reviews your PR.

AI assistance

Claude Code authored this move/alias/nav change directly against the repo (no pre-drafted content existed for this slice), and ran Vale.

Additional notes

Content is unchanged, only moved — other pages that still link to the old path continue to resolve via the new alias until their own PRs update the link.
